In 2023, Governor Healey signed Executive Order No. 618. which directs the Department of Fish & Game to develop biodiversity conservation goals for 2030, 2040, and 2050.

As part of this effort, Mass Wildlife will hold two virtual Biodiversity Public Listening Sessions to learn more and share your thoughts on Wednesday, July 17th from Noon to 2 pm, and Tuesday, July 23rd from 6 to 8 p.m.

In these online sessions, you will be invited to raise your hand and offer feedback on what biodiversity conservation goals the Commonwealth should pursue.. Participants will have 2-3 minutes each to speak. The listening sessions will be recorded and posted online at mass.gov/biodiversity.

If you would prefer to provide written feedback, you can do so online at mass.gov/biodiversity.  Comments should be submitted by August 30, 2024.
