UNH Extension and the NH Division of Forests and Lands will hold an Emerging Forest Pests webinar on August 26th from 3 to 4 p.m.
Piera Siegert, State Entomologist, NH Division of Plant Industry, Kyle Lombard, NH Division of Forests and Lands, and Dr. Isabel Munck, Forest Pathologist, U.S. Forest Service will discuss pests and pathogens causing problems in forests throughout the North and East and will likely be found in NH in coming years. Highlighted issues will include oak wilt, beech leaf disease nematodes, and spotted lanternfly.
