Woodlands Partnership of Northwest Massachusetts
The Woodlands Partnership of Northwest Massachusetts will hold a Forest Habitat Tour at the Savoy Mountain State Forest in Savoy on September 21st from 10 am to 2 pm.
The Dynamic Forest Partnership will lead the tour, demonstrating the benefits of dynamic forest blocks for biodiversity and climate goals, as well as economic benefits for rural communities.
To take part in the tour, meet at the snowmobile parking lot near the intersection of New State Road and Burnett Road.
Participants should bring bug spray, drinking water and lunch.
