The Vermont Woodlands Association will hold a From Land to Legacy: Getting Started with Woodland Legacy Planning workshop at the Forest Center at Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park in Woodstock on Wednesday, July 10th from 5 – 7 pm
This workshop will discuss how to transform your land into a lasting legacy. Whether you’re just beginning your estate planning journey or looking to refine your existing plans, this event will provide you with the knowledge and tools to secure your woodland’s future.
The workshop will include a panel of professionals who will be able to answer all your questions, from getting started to understanding legal, financial, and conservation strategies, including:
Daphne Moritz: Attorney specializing in estate planning, Sheehey Furlong and Behm
Donna Foster: Conservation Project Director, Vermont Land Trust
Nick Bullock: Tax Specialist, Farm Credit East
This workshop is open to everyone, and refreshments will be provided.
