North County Land Trust will hold a free Introduction to Invasive Plants webinar on June 4th from 4 to 5:30 p.m

What makes a plant “invasive”? What are the invasive plants I should be concerned about? What can I do about my invasive plant problem?  If you have ever asked these questions, this webinar is for you!

Join North County Land Trust’s Executive Director, Anna Wilkins, as she shares her knowledge and experience in managing invasive plan species in woodland and field habitats.  This presentation will cover the basics about invasive plants and how to ID some of our most common “offenders”. Basic control techniques and informational resources will also be shared.

Anna Wilkins has her roots in practical application of wild lands management including habitat assessment, restoration and maintenance. For over ten years she was responsible for care, management, regular maintenance, and monitoring of over 2000 acres of town and land trust held conservation land in Lincoln, MA.
