North American Birds of Prey Presentation

Amherst Copy & Designworks will host a presentation of live birds of prey and Native American artifacts on April 5^th from 5 to 7 p.m.

Julie Anne Collier, a local raptor rehabilitator, will bring 6 live birds of prey and hold a display and sale of her artwork at Amherst Copy at 37 East Pleasant Street in Amherst.  The program will explain predation, the birds’ place at the top of the food web, their different hunting adaptations, and their status in a rapidly changing world.
