The Northern Forest Center will hold a 90-minute Stewarding Community Forests webinar on November 15th from noon to 1:30 pm.
Each Community Forest is unique, with varied purposes and goals to meet community needs. In this webinar, we will discuss the historical foundation for town owned land, various priorities for use of the forests, and the impact these public spaces have on communities.
Our expert panelists will discuss the value of community owned and managed forests and how to develop them with practitioners from across the Northern Forest region.
