White oak is a foundational component of many hardwood ecosystems throughout our region.
The New England Society of American Foresters is hosting a White Oak Silviculture Field Tour & Workshop at Bear Brook State Park in Allenstown, NH on August 25th from 8 am to 4 pm
This will be a power-packed day! The NESAF Silvicultural Tour will begin at Bear Brook State Park in Allenstown, NH. Stacy Clark, Ph. D. and Callie Schweitzer, Ph. D. (USDA Forest Service-Southern Research Station) will lead the conversation on white oak silviculture!
There will be an afternoon field tour of the NH State Nursery
Cost of the workshop & field tour is $15 – 30, lunch included.

Noon Lunch provided
