UNH Extension will hold a PATH to Better Logging – Business Accounting & Success workshop at the Pease Public Library in Plymouth, NH on October 25th from 8 am to Noon.
Industry and resource specialists will explain concepts for business management which include assessing logging productivity, and logging costs with an introduction to PATH (Planning and Analysis in Timber Harvesting), developed, authored, and made available to the logging community by Dr. Steven Bick.
Matt Kelley and Dr. Bick have worked together presenting this material in the past.
Road and access system construction and costs will be included in this presentation along with industry news and updates and equipment financing resources available through Farm Credit East.
Cost of this workshop is $75 for NHTOA members, $125 for non-members.
