Implementing Forest Management in a Changing Climate webinar

Winter has historically been a productive time for the forestry industry. However, the warmer temperatures, heavy precipitation, and unpredictable weather patterns have made it difficult to plan and execute timber harvesting this season.

Vermont Woodlands Association will hold an Implementing Forest Management in a Changing Climate webinar on February 21^st from Noon to 1 pm.

In this webinar, Dr. Steve Bick from Northeast Forests, LLC will explain the impacts of climate change on the forestry supply chain. Dr. Bick will discuss the challenges and offer examples of how landowners, foresters, loggers, and mills have adapted to cope with the unpredictable weather.
