Are you interested in becoming qualified to provide Technical Services for NRCS?

The Forest Stewards Guild and NRCS will hold a Becoming an NRCS Technical Service Provider webinar on May 30th from 1 – 2 pm EDT

In this webinar presented by Peter Hoagland from NRCS, foresters and other natural resources professionals will learn about the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Technical Service Provider (TSP) Program.

Technical Service Providers (TSPs) work on behalf of private landowners and land-managers to offer conservation planning and project implementation support services that meet the criteria of USDA NRCS programs. TSPs are certified by NRCS through a formal training process to develop planning and practice design documents, such as Forest Management Plans, to help eligible customers assess the current condition of their lands and to recommend conservation practices that meet NRCS standards and specifications.
