The annual Harvard Forest Ecology Symposium is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. in the Fisher Museum at the Harvard Forest.
New Perspectives on Harvard Forest’s Long-Term Ecological Research Program
This year, we asked emerging collaborators and early career ecologists to share their work and offer their perspective on the Harvard Forest Research Program.
Confirmed speakers include: Mariah Carbone (UNH), Alix Contosta (UNH), Tony D’Amato (UVM), Robinson Fulweiler (Boston U.), Drew Guswa (Smith College), Steven Klosterman (Harvard OEB), Eric Morrison (UNH), Yude Pan (USFS), William Rodriguez (UMass), Jim Tang (MBL), and Harvard Forest’s David Foster, Dave Orwig, Neil Pederson and Jonathan Thompson.
RSVP & More Information: If you plan to attend the meeting, please respond by March 10 using the RSVP form at: http://harvardforest.fas.harvard.edu/symposium
Don’t delay in responding, as the Fisher Museum has limited capacity and we’ve had to turn people away in recent years.
Please note: The Fisher Museum is in the midst of renovations. The space will be clean and functional on March 21, and we’re on schedule to be painting the space the week prior to the symposium. We use low VOC paint, but are aware that this may be a consideration for people with chemical sensitivities.
