Sowing Seedlings for Successful Regeneration workshop

Our forests face big challenges—climate change, deer browse, and invasive pests. Together we can help forests regenerate with diverse, climate-adapted trees.

DCR ForestsWork will hold a Sowing Seedlings for Successful Regeneration workshop at DAR State Park in Goshen on Saturday, November 1^st from 9 am to 1 pm.

This event will include:

Learn to collect, stratify, and grow climate-adapted tree and shrub seedlings

Build & take home your own air-pruned box (ready for spring planting)

There will also be a Tilton Farm Forest Walk with Licensed Forester Ry Patton

Lunch is included.
