Restoring Old Apple Trees Orchard Walk

Vermont Woodlands Association will hold a Restoring Old Apple Trees Orchard Walk at Whitman Brook Orchard in Quechee, VT on March 28^th from 9:30 to 11:30 am.

This program will walk through Whitman Brook Orchard and explore the art of restoring and caring for older apple trees. It will look at recently pruned trees and talk through practical strategies for managing an orchard, with a bit of discussion on grafting as well.

This is a casual walk-and-talk, come with your questions, curiosity, and an interest in old apples and orchard stewardship. This event is free, but pre-registration is required.
