Successful tree establishment depends on proper planting.

The Mass Tree Wardens & Foresters Association will hold a Proper Tree Planting workshop at the Springfield Public Works on Wednesday, April 15th from 11 am to 2:30 pm EDT.

Adherence to industry best management practices (BMPs) will result in fewer girdling roots, better plant performance, and higher survival rates.

This workshop will teach you what you need to know to ensure a good start for trees on urban sites.

Cost of the workshop is $45 for MTWFA members, $55 for non-members.
