Birds & Managing Invasive Plants Walk

Berkshire Natural Resources Council will hold a Birds & Managing Invasive Plants Walk at Parsons Marsh in Lenox on Friday, April 10^th from 9 to 10:30 am.

Stewardship Manager Jenifer Dickinson and Trail Crew Leader Jon Leuken will lead this walk at Parsons Marsh to explore the vital connection between native birds and the management of invasive plants.

They will discuss how invasive species affect local bird populations and the ongoing work to maintain a healthy, balanced habitat. Whether you are an experienced birder or just curious about local ecology, this walk offers a great opportunity to see conservation in action.

Participants should dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes. Please bring binoculars if you have them.
