Views from a Woodlot film showing & forestry tour

The Leverett Public Library will hold a screening of Views from a Woodlot, the short film highlighting Bruce Spencer’s low impact management of his private woodlot, on Saturday, May 30^th, at 1 pm

The screening will be followed by a discussion about low impact forestry and the challenges facing forests today with filmmaker Chris Hardee, Bruce Spencer, and Leverett forester Eric Donnelly.

There will then be a guided tour of Bruce’s woodlot at 353 North Leverett Road.at 3 pm.
