The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) will hold a Spotted Lanternfly Quarterly Update on Wednesday, August 12, from 10AM – 11:15 AM, live on Zoom.
The August update will feature a presentation from Scrape for the Grape, a community-based effort in Virginia that has mobilized more than 1000 volunteers to remove and destroy spotted lanternfly egg masses that threaten that state’s vineyards and wineries.
We will also get an update from MDAR’s SLF Survey Team about survey and treatment activities.
