The Vermont Maple Sugar Makers Association and UVM Extension will hold the 2021 Vermont Maple Conference on December 8th thru December 11th in a combination of online and in-person presentations.
Online sessions will be held December 8th thru December 10th while the in-person programs will be held on Saturday, December 11th at Vermont Technical College in Randolph, VT.
Online sessions include:
December 8th 9 – 10 am Small Scale Maple Production in the Sugarbush
Noon – 1 pm Food Safety & Quality Issues in Maple
5 – 6 pm Maple Quality in the Marketplace Today
December 9th 9 – 10 am Welcoming Visitors in Your Sugarhouse & Sugarbush
