The Northfield Mountain Recreation & Environmental Center and the Northfield Bird Club will hold an American Kestrel Project for the Monadnock Region program at the Northfield Mountain Visitor Center on February 10th at 6 pm.

In this presentation, Phil Brown from the Harris Center for Conservation Education will describe a new conservation initiative that aims to increase kestrel population in the region.

Participants will learn how to identify and find kestrels in the region, what landscapes attract them best, and much more about their life histories and current population in the Monadnock Region.
