Garden in the Woods will host The Caterpillar Lab for an extended four-day visit from Friday, September 4th, through Monday, September 7th. Explore a fascinating display of native caterpillars and discover the essential roles they play in healthy ecosystems. The exhibit is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is included with Garden admission. There will also be themed Caterpillar Walks from 3:45-4:45 PM for just $5 per person, alternating daily between family-friendly adventures and naturalist-led explorations. This is an unique opportunity to experience these remarkable creatures up close while learning how native plants support their incredible life cycles.
