Chapter 132 Timber Harvester Workshop

The Department of Conservation & Recreation will hold a Chapter 132 Timber Harvester Workshop on June 7^th at the Townsend Public Library & Townsend State Forest from 1 to 4 pm.

The Indoor portion of this workshop will include Forestry BMPs and Chapter 132 Cutting Plan requirements.  The outdoor portion will include a Timber harvest tour (7 years post harvest) and demonstration how to measure Basal Area.
