Chapter 132 workshop

The Department of Conservation & Recreation”s Service Forestry Program will hold 10 Chapter 132 workshops for licensed timber harvesters between June 3^rd and June 27^th.  The workshops will provide training in the Forest Cutting Practices regulations under Chapter 132 that is required for harvesters to maintain their licenses.

Each workshop will have review the Chapter 132 Rules & Regulations and provide updates

A Chapter 132 workshop will be held at Clear Brook Farm on Lowell Street in Carlisle on June 8^th from 3 to 6 p.m.

This workshop will include a review of the Forest Cutting Act regulations as well as Natural Heritage Implications for Cutting Plans.
