Are you planning for the future of your land and interested in permanently protecting it? Estate planning and land protection can be a part of a landowner’s woodland stewardship.

UNH Extension and New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association will hold a Conservation Easements & Estate Planning workshop at the Colonial Town Community House in Lancaster, NH on October 8th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

This workshop will discuss common conservation options available to forest landowners to include in their family estate planning, legal implications of these options, trusts, power of attorney, legal processes associated with the purchase of property development rights, and tax incentives for landowners that are considering conserving their land for future generations.
