Hilltown Land Trust will host a Diversity, Decline & Conservation of Native Bees webinar on Thursday, May 7th from noon to 1:15 pm.

Fourteen native bee species are in decline in the Northeast, but why is this happening and what can we do to keep these important pollinators around?

Wyatt Shell, a National Science Foundation Research Fellow at the University of New Hampshire studying carpenter bees, will explain how to identify native bees, outline the factors leading to bee population declines, and explain what we all can do in our own neighborhoods to make a difference and support pollinator health.

This free webinar will take place online using video conferencing.
