Field Research Day at Yale-Myers Forest

Curious what scientists are studying in the woods of Yale-Myers Forest? Join us for a field tour of current research projects!

Yale Forests will hold a Field Research Day at Yale-Myers Forest in Eastford, CT on Friday, July 18^th from 10 am to 3 pm.

We’ll visit with researchers studying agroforestry, amphibians, forestry and forest ecology.

This event will take place outside at Yale-Myers Forest in Eastford, CT. Participants will travel distances of up to 1/2 mile on foot between research sites. Participants are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that is comfortable for the day’s weather, and to bring lunch and a water bottle.
