Forest Health Walk

DCR will hold a Forest Health Walk at South Cape Beach State Park in Mashpee on  Friday May 16^th from 9 to 11am

DCR Forest Health Director, Nicole Keleher will lead the walk and discuss with participants about Southern Pine Beetles and the risk they pose to our pitch pine forests. She will cover signs and symptoms to look for, as well as discussing SPB management techniques.

Participants should dress for the weather and take precautions against ticks.
