Women & Our Woods and Vermont Woodland Association will hold Game of Logging Level 2 Training on August 30th in Moretown, VT.
Game of Logging is a nationally recognized, hands-on training program focused on safety, efficiency, and practical tree-felling techniques. Level 1 covers chainsaw safety, operation, and basic tree felling; Level 2 builds on those skills with saw maintenance, chain sharpening, and advanced felling techniques.
Register for one level or complete both over the weekend.
Level 2 focuses on chainsaw maintenance, chain sharpening, and the advanced application of safe tree-felling techniques. Participants must have completed Level 1 before taking Level 2. You may register for both levels and complete them on consecutive days.
This hands-on training emphasizes safety, efficiency, and confidence in the woods. Each participant will have an opportunity to fell a tree during the course.
Registration Details
- Class size is limited to 10 participants per level.
- Cost: $200 per person, per class
- Register for Level 1, Level 2, or both.
- The Moretown location and directions will be shared with registered participants.
