The UMass Building & Construction Technology Program will hold an Introduction to Lean Project Delivery program on February 12th at 4 pm at the Olver Design Building at UMass Amherst.

This presentation by Kate Simons, Sen will provide a broad overview of Lean Project Delivery and discuss why it’s needed, review the goals and benefits of implementation, and explore the shift in thinking and behaviors for Lean practices to be successful.
