NHLA Lumber Grading: 3-Day Introduction to Grading Hardwood Lumber course

UNH Extension and the New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association will hold an NHLA Lumber Grading: 3-Day Introduction to Grading Hardwood Lumber course at the UNH Sawmill in Durham, New Hampshire on March 8th to 10^th from 8 am to 4 pm.

This introductory course is perfect for those wanting to get a basic understanding of the NHLA Hardwood Grading Rules. It will be taught by National Inspector, Tom Byers and will cover standard hardwood lumber grades, kiln dried lumber rules, surfaced lumber rules, species exemptions and ample time to practice grading.

Cost for this course is $225 for NHTOA Members, $300 for non members. Lunch is included.
