This fun, hands-on workshop features the award-winning Project Learning Tree® (PLT) curriculum, facilitated by experienced early-childhood classroom and environmental center educators.

Connect young learners, age 3-6, with the natural world.  Inquiry-based, teacher-led activities and child-directed experiences incorporate science, social studies, math, language arts, art and music.  They are adaptable to a variety of situations and follow typical preschool routines.  Try out and discuss activities with peers in a collegial atmosphere.

Cost for the workshop is $21 including the curriculum guide jam-packed with exciting, ready-to-use activities, an accompanying musical CD,  a Certificate of Completion, snack and beverage.

To register, please contact Karen Eldred, workshop co-facilitator, at keldred01341@yahoo.com or 413/369-4667, by Saturday, February 27.

Project Learning Tree® is a program of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative and is sponsored in Massachusetts by the Department of Conservation and Recreation with support from the Massachusetts Forest Alliance.
