The New Hampshire Professional Loggers Program will hold a Safe and Productive Felling workshop on October 1st from 8 am to 3 pm at Silver Lake State Park in Hollis, NH

Course Content for this workshop will include personal protective equipment, chainsaw maintenance and safety, Hazard evaluation, and Basics of felling

Instructors for the workshop are Jake Bronnenberg of Jake Bronnenberg Forest Services, LLC in Loudon, N.H., and Ernst Kling from Kling Land Management in Lyme, N.H.

Participants MUST BRING

  • chainsaw
  • ear protection
  • safety boots
  • hard hat
  • chaps
  • eye protection

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have significant chainsaw experience in order to participate in this workshop

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure, all participants must complete this simple health screening. This health screening on the day the participant will be attending an event.

Cost of this workshop is $45 for NHTOA members, $90 for non-members.
