
The Northern Institute of Applied Climate Science will hold a Strategies for Forest Climate Adaptation Decision Making webinar on October 18th at 1 pm EDT
The webinar will be presented by Dawn Magness from the U. S Fish & Wildlife Service in Alaska.
This webinar is part of a 12-part monthly Climate Adaptation for Forest-Dependent Wildlife Webinar Series being held by NIACS, the U S Fish & Wildlife Service, and the US Forest Service on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1 to 2 pm ET. The series will explore forest ecosystems and their composition and structure under a changing climate, and the influence on wildlife populations and carbon dynamics. The series will also share tools and management approaches to help facilitate forest and wildlife climate adaptation at both landscape and stand scales.
