Timber Harvester Workshop

Mass DCR will hold a Timber Harvester Workshop at Stafford Hill Wildlife Management Area in Cheshire on June 17^th from 1 to 4 pm.

Topics to be covered in this workshop include Mass Wildlife Habitat Management, prescribed fire, Rare Plant Habitat Management, Young forest Habitat, wetlands permitting & BMPs

This is an outdoor event and participants should be prepared to walk more than a mile through woods.  Participants should dress for the weather and take precautions against ticks.  Thunderstorms or heavy rain will cancel.
