Turtle Friendly Woodland Management Woods Walk

Vermont Woodlands Association will hold a Turtle Friendly Woodland Management Woods Walk on Saturday June 22^nd from 9 to 11 am somewhere in north central Vermont. 

This woods walk will explore the habitat of the woods turtle at a location in north central Vermont (to be determined).

We will learn about what habitat features these turtles rely on to survive, as well as what signs to look for to see if they are present, and what actions landowners and managers can take to support local populations and implement turtle friendly practices.
