Come see a forest in an exciting stage of development – 5 years after a harvest!

Vermont Woodlands Association will hold a Walk in the Woods at Camardo’s Tree Farm in Jamaica, VT on Saturday, October 18th from 11 am to 1 pm

Joe and Linda Camardo steward 247 acres of woodlands on their Tree Farm in Jamaica. This woods walk will visit their woodlands 5 years after a recent harvest.

Join landowner hosts, Joe & Linda Camardo, consulting forester Dan Thompson, county forester Tessa McGann, and Tim Duclos from VT Audubon for a walk in the woods to learn about forest ecology, management, wildlife habitat and outcomes of the recent harvest.
