Refund Policy
Last Updated January 23, 2026
The Massachusetts Forest Alliance (“MFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) advocates on behalf of our members for a strong, sustainable forest bioeconomy, responsible forest management practices, private land equity, and the continuation of working forests on both public and private lands. Your membership dues and donations directly support this mission. All purchases made through our website are final.
Payments are Final
All payments to MFA are final once submitted. Dues and donations are immediately allocated to ongoing programs, communications, and policy work that cannot be reversed once initiated.
Membership Updates
Members are responsible for managing their own renewal settings, including auto‑renewal of their membership. If a member chooses to enable auto‑renewal through our website, the associated charges remain final and non‑refundable. Members may update or disable auto‑renewal at any time through their account settings.
Members may update their contact information or subscription preferences at any time via our website, post or email (bookkeeping@massforestalliance.org). These updates do not alter our no‑refund policy.
Billing Concerns
If you believe a payment was made in error—such as a duplicate charge—please contact us within 30 days so we can review the issue.
