Tax valuations for woodlands enrolled in Chapter 61 or 61A will decline for woodlands west of the Connecticut River, and rise slightly for woodlands east of the river for the tax year that begins on July 1st.

Invasive Spotted Lanternflies Discovered in Fitchburg
A small population of the invasive spotted lanternfly has been found in the City of Fitchburg, according to reports from the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources. Agricultural inspectors are in the middle of performing extensive surveys in the area, but
