2026 Christmas Tree Association Annual Meeting

The Massachusetts Christmas Tree Association will hold its 2026 Christmas Tree Association Annual Meeting at Arrowhead Acres in Uxbridge, MA on Saturday, August 8^th from 8:30 am to 4 pm.

Agenda: 

• 8:30 – 9:30:  Registration & Coffee; Visit Vendors & Pick-up Pre-Orders
• 9:30 – 10:00:  Meeting Kickoff; Host Welcome & Vendor Introductions
• 10:00 – 10:30:  Update from MDAR – Winton Pitcoff, Deputy Commissioner/Legislative and Policy Director
• 10:30 – 11:15:  To be confirmed
• 11:15 – 12:30:  Climate Change Science – Dr. Richard Cowles
• 12:30 – 2:00:  Lunch / Annual MCTA Business Meeting / Visit Vendors
• 2:00 – 4:00:  Field Tour w/ Farm Owners & Experts

• Cost:  $30/per person.  Payment can be made in advance via UniPay* or in-person by cash/check at the meeting.

We’re excited to announce that Fraser Knoll & Sheerlund Products will be attending our annual meeting this year!  Both vendors have generously agreed to bring pre-orders to the meeting (saving you the shipping costs!).  We wanted to share this information early so you could start planning for any orders you want to place ahead of time.  Pre-order deadline is Saturday, August 1st for Sheerlund & Sunday, August 2nd for Fraser Knoll to ensure delivery to the meeting on Saturday, August 8th.
