Estate Planning with Solar Leases webinar

Penn State Extension will hold an Estate Planning with Solar Leases webinar on July 26^th from noon to 1:15 pm EDT.

In this webinar, attorney Jacob Kiessling will focus on how to structure and manage the financial, and most importantly, the tax implications of a windfall of solar lease income, should it become available to the landowner. He will cover a number of key estate planning, trust structuring, LLC formation, and/or other multigenerational wealth preservation options.
