UNH Extension will hold a Maple Sugaring for Beginners online workshop on February 15^th from 7 to 8:30 pm ET.

UNH Extension’s Steven Roberge will discuss the steps from the tree to the table plus the equipment needed to get started making your own syrup.

This webinar is geared to first-timers and beginners. All aspects of maple sugaring will be covered, including tree identification, tapping, collecting and boiling sap, and equipment needing for small scale sugaring.
