Chapter 132 workshop

The Department of Conservation & Recreation”s Service Forestry Program will hold 10 Chapter 132 workshops for licensed timber harvesters between June 3^rd and June 27^th.  The workshops will provide training in the Forest Cutting Practices regulations under Chapter 132 that is required for harvesters to maintain their licenses.

Each workshop will have review the Chapter 132 Rules & Regulations and provide updates

A Chapter 132 workshop will be held on Tipton Rock Road in Southbridge on June 13^th from 2 to 5 pm

This workshop will cover BMP Mitigations in Anticipation of Rain Events as well as Oak Resiliency and use of the Oak Resiliency Assessment Tool.
