Vermont LEAP will hold a Game of Logging Level 2 workshop on October 13th from 8 am to 4 pm in Wardsboro, VT.
Game of Logging Level two moves beyond basic chainsaw safety and into advanced logging in timber harvesting techniques management planning and yard efficiency. This course offers routine saw maintenance and chain filing to keep your equipment at its peak and then right into the woods we go hands on spring pole cutting, practicing safely managing tension in fallen trees, review of filling concepts along with new living bucking techniques yard management planning and sustainability.
This is a limited small hands-on class designed for anyone who is completed level one l.
